Floppy Destruction (Performance for One Floppy Disk and Contact Microphone) and Floppy Friction Performance for Two Floppy Disks and Contact Microphone, Floppy Totaal, Varia, Rotterdam, Netherlands (2019):



Two compressed and pixelated videos depicting destructive and noisy actions with floppy disks, both videos are compressed down to 1MB and fit conveniently onto a disk.

 
Water Damaged Tape Flow, Bridgeport Art Trail in Bridgeport CT, USA (2016):

A field recording of a fast-flowing river soon after heavy rainfall was documented onto water damaged ¼” reel-to-reel magnetic tape. The video depicts the magnetic tape being played back, it slowly falls to the floor abstractly mimicking the flow of water.
It was featured in a group video screening held in conjunction with the Bridgeport Art Trail.
The theme of the screening was examining water as more than just a landscape, artist Crystal Heiden curated this event which was held in the American Fabrics Building in Bridgeport, USA.



 

Turntable Cactus Needles Streetlight Video Installation Series, Roman Susan Art Space, Chicago, USA (2016):

Utilising a cactus to crudely play the first four minutes of a vinyl LP. Even with no amplification employed scant sections of music can still be heard.
